Hi all !


I would like to know if its possible to unlock xperia x8 with SETool or Flashtool because I already unlocked my bootloader but I still do not have signal.
I went back to stock kernel

I tired Trying

I Have X8 With Synaptic Digitalizer And I Have Check It
So i try X8Gesture inputting insmod System bla bla.....
After reboot Nothing Happen
I try Again On Terminal emulator insmod system/bla bla... And the Answer Is Invalid module format

Now i try again Using Jb kernel (naa 06)
But Now is synaptic_i2c_rmi4_dt.ko
Trying Insmod And answer Is failed inserting Bla Bla File Exist

So What I Must Do now I need Pinch to Zoom On My X8 running Slimbean

Heya guys wassup....!! hope everything is good well :o:o

Here i found a flashable file for e16i which is in .ftf format i think its a chinese stock rom and many chinese apps are pre installed in it....

I know that sony x8 and sony w8 are both the same but some people say that i need and want to get a walkman xperience in phone...

So this file if for those who want walkman xperience....:D:D

The reason why i m sharing this is seems like most of the links are dead....

So I see no one is going to make KitKat for Xperia X8, but I see a lot of Jelly Bean ROMs and it's weird because JB and ICS are both not recommended for under 1GB ram devices and KitKat works flawlessly on my Xperia Neo, so I just want to inform X8 users I started developing CyanogenMod11 for X8, this is going to be my first PUBLIC ROM so don't ask for ETA :)

EDIT: Because of recent news about ARMv6 processors on CM11, you might have to wait for a couple of months(2-3 maybe) for more stable source code or a workaround to be done. I'll do my best to make KitKat happen on X8 :)

Update: While working on CM11, I compiled CM10.1, it requries some kernel tweaks so I can test it :)

Hi guys!

I just got a X8 and I want to upgrade Android to be able to take more advantage of it.

Here is my X8 description:

Model: E15a
Firmware: 2.1-update1
Baseband: M76XX-TSNCJOLYM-53404006
Kernel: 2.6.29
Compilation number: 2.0.1.A.0.47

The number behind the battery is 11w45.
I read that models after 11w29 get hard bricked when trying to unlock the bootloader.

Do I have any chance to upgrade the Android version or installing custom roms?
If you have any ideas how to make this little smartphone a little more performant will be apreciated!

Hey guys....how you doing....

I took the initiative to 'clothe' my Xperia X8 with Carbon Sticker.....it sounds like a project....but i think it's going to be good looking.....

But the last thing that i'm going to need a Fast And Stable ROM.....more for gaming.....because i have a brother two years younger than me...whose likes this phone....and the games.....so please.....!!!!if anyone knows any rom.....please tell me.... :):):):):):):)

I tried to unlock the boot loader of my x8 but it turned off and never turned on again.
even when I plug in the charger, there is no light of charging and when I connect the mobile to the computer, it doesn't see it.
I need help please.

how can i flash original w8 rom??
i restore the xRecovery backup of 2.1.1.A.0.46. using xrecovery but the seus read it as xRecovery backup of 2.1.1.A.0.06 i think and when i update it the seus still readit as xRecovery backup of 2.1.1.A.0.6

How to:

1. copy the zip file to your sd card
2. reboot and go to recovery mode (xRecovery / CWM recovery)
3. factory reset/wipe data >>wipe cache partition>>>wipe dalvik cache >>>install the zip file from specified folder (depend on you to put that)but outside folder make easier to access kkk
4. wipe data once more
5. reboot and wait aproximately 5 minutes,..and enjoy it,....
6. say Alhamdulillah,.... الحمد لله

How to apply Dark&Green Theme:

1. Download Black&Green Theme from here : http://www.mediafire.com/download/57...reen_Theme.zip
2. save in sdcard
3. go to CWM >>>mount system
4. install Dark&Green Theme
5. Reboot n enjoy that,....

Hi, I need to install JB 4.1.2 or something like that, but the original one... or some custom rom with minimal changes. This is because I need to know the built-in options of this version of Android, so yeah, I need the "boring" version.
The thing is, I have a custom kernel [2.6.29.6-nAa-14] on E15i (and thus, baseband), so I don't know if I need to do anything else.

Hello.. I recently tried popular roms and kernels for Xperia X8.. However some have a huge lag spike, some have too many errors and reboot every time I use one of the features.. I honestly don't know which rom and kernel is good for me without having to reflash it every day trying to get stable rom.. I would appreciate it if you could help me with that. Thanks.

I have Xperia X8 with unlocked boot-loader using nAa kernel 14 gb and running android 2.3.7 jelly bread

I was trying to flash nAa jb 03 kernel via flashtool but for some reason the flash was aborted although I did the usual drill ... i tried flashing it back but no result it didnt work.

after that I tried to power up the phone and the led goes green and the phone vibrate and then nothing .... no light on the screen no boot animation just like that..... flashmode is still working i guess....

so I was searched here in xda for a solution and I found out that flashing back to stock kernel should help it via SEUS

so I just wanna make sure Im doing the right thing .... please give me any suggestion ..... its still early to say food bye to my lovely phone

I bricked the phone because i dont unlock the bootloader an i restored it. Is there a rom that dont need to unlock the bootloader?? I just want to have gingerbread or ics for more apps :s
