[solved] google service download (error "null")

I was playing with Titanium backup & I have accidently deleted something called "...download"... :eek:
now I can't download nothing form Play Store... I'm getting message: error downloading "null"
I tried reinstalling play store but it doesn't help. can somebody upload missing file for downloading or tell me how to fix it without factory reset?
